Billing by the hour
Our costing system is flexible and is relative to the scope of your project. Nevertheless, the easiest way to accomplish the work is to bill by the hour. Depending on the complexity of the job, we bill more or less US$10 per hour.
We reserve the right to change this figure at any time but always within agreed circumstances. On top of this, we require a $100 setup fee which could be waived depending on the size of the project.
Rush jobs will be negotiated.
Lump Sum
We could also work on a fixed fee arrangement depending again on the scope of the project. We normally switch to fixed fee from the hourly fee on succeeding projects.
Schedule of payments are based on an agreed timetable as stipulated in a contract.
Discounts are granted on repeat job orders.
the Products
Our company is offering our services on the assumption that the clients have the capability to send and receive electronic files.
Nevertheless, we can work within any arrangement allowed by our facilities. The following are probable arrangements:
- client maintained ftp
- outsourcer maintained ftp
- by email
- by shipping and parcel
Shipping costs are billed to the client.
Software
Currently, we are exclusively using AutoCAD Architectural Desktop 2006 to AutoCAD Architecture 2008. We recognize the diversity of the clients' requirements so we work with both the latest AutoCAD version and the older versions.
We also accept rendering and animation projects using 3DStudio Max and Adobe applications.
